Turns out, this is a group project.

Participatory strategy for complex, shared challenges.
Some challenges are too complex for one person, team, or organization to fully understand, let alone figure out what to do about them.
People see things differently, bring different experiences and knowledge, and have different roles in making change happen. While that can make finding a way forward complicated, it also creates possibilities that no one would have arrived at alone.
Mitga designs and guides participatory strategy processes where people develop a fuller understanding of complex challenges, imagine what could be different, and make meaningful choices about what to do next.
What comes out of the work?
People develop a clearer understanding of what needs to change, discover new possibilities, and make decisions about what to pursue. Because they've helped create the direction, they're better positioned to champion the work, respond to new information, and keep adapting what they've developed.
